    School Adminstrator

    Job description

    • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the School.
    • Oversee the preparation and monitoring of inventories and annual physical stocking. Prepare and monitor School budgets and take responsibility for authorising appropriate expenditure within the school.
    • Ensure complaince with relevant laws and regulations
    • Ensure effective communication with parents, regulatory bodies, the school community and the general public, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to and that all issues are resolved promptly.
    • Liaise with Vendors, Government Agencies and external Stakeholders.
    • Provide direction and supervise all non-academic departments including the support staff and security personnel and provide weekly reports to the Head of School.
    • Oversee the organised filing, storage and security of documents.
    • Supervise the purchase, repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
    • Support the Head of School in producing statistical information as required.
    • Ensure the School vehicles are well maintained and available to carry out official duties

    School Matron

    Job description

    • Provide health services to strengthen and facilitate the educational process by modifying or removing health-related barriers to student’s learning.
    • Identify problems and disabilities and provide such services as case finding, health education, referring, and care in order to help prevent serious health problems and manage current chronic conditions.
    • Provide basic healthcare to students in case of injury or acute illness
    • Educate students and staff on healthy habits, such as proper nutrition and hygiene
    • Detect health problems in early stages through regular screenings
    • Update students’ medical history
    • Ensure school environment is safe for children and school staff (e.g. prevention of communicable diseases)
    • Collaborate and supervise support staff in periodic sanitation and disinfection of offices, classrooms and school area.
