Job Description

• We’re seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who’s passionate about delivering excellence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our digital products and client solutions.
• You’ll work closely with our development, design, and product teams to uphold Codesquad’s commitment to innovation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve quality issues.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms and devices.
• Ensure all software and web products meet business and user requirements.
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities, results, and improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in software or web quality assurance.
• Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and testing platforms (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development and automated testing frameworks.
