Job Description

• Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
• Analyse sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
• Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
• Analyse customer feedback to improve user experience, adjust ongoing campaigns, and increase traffic on all digital platforms
• Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales, customer service representative) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
• Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
• Regular checks and updates to system security
• Attend to other tasks as required.
