    Sales Operation Specialist

    Job Description

    • Data Collection and analysis
    • Collect, track, and analyze stock across regions.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales/inventory reports, highlighting gaps and opportunities.
    • Implementation of policies, and operational standards.
    • Support the use of digital tools (e.g., QR codes and reporting platforms) for efficient tracking.
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures across sales teams and cross functional teams.
    • Track customers activities, ensuring alignment with sales/stock mgt.
    • Provide insights into customers performance and recommend corrective measures where needed.
    • Work closely with Sales Managers, Marketing, and other units to align on business objectives.
    • Provide field intelligence on competitors’ pricing, policies, and promotional strategies.
    • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities that affect sales performance.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc Degree in Data Management and Other related discipline
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
