    Sales Officer - Fixed Line

    Job Description

    Sales Officer-Fixed Line manage and develop sales of wireless/fixed line internet solutions to customers in a pre-defined cluster. In addition to their responsibilities for bringing new customers, Sales officers are custodians for retention and servicing the clients’ needs during their life cycle. They also have responsibility to ensure subscription revenue is achieved as per Annual Operations plan for designated coverage clusters. 

    The role of Sales Officer-Fixed Line is an executive position and reports to Business Head/Area Sales Manager. Lead Generation, Lead Management, selling skills and extensive sales knowledge are required  to succeed in this position. One also has to have sales experience, particularly in a person-to-person setting.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster of Home Estates
    • Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales 
    • Send daily report and updates as required by ASM/FBB Head
    • Conduct Sales Meetings with Clients at their premises/homes
    • Follow up with leads on daily basis for sales generation
    • Sales Officer-Fixed Line requires many soft skills with an understanding of technical aspects.
    • Liaise with Customer care team to help customers in recharging and resolution of complaints  as part of customer retention and life cycle management.
    • Develop, build, and manage a client base for references and repeat sales
    • Handle the sales process at each stage from prospecting to product description to CAF sign up with payment collection and finally installation of broadband connection at customer  premises
    • Meet and build relations with Facility Managers in Estates for marketing activities leading to Residential Sales initiatives 
    • Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email, WhatsApp and networking events 
    • Appoint SSA and build relations with them to generate leads
    • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the residential sales programs
    • Tracking of competition in our service areas for their presence and tariff plan

    Qualifications

    • Self-Motivated and Self Starter
    • Ability to communicate effectively and handle customer queries
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics or a related field. 
    • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
    • Direct sales experience from Insurance, Real estate, bank 
    • Candidate should have door to door, front line, cold sales and direct sales experience only.
    • Ability to work independently and without supervision
    • Well-organized and detailed approach to work is an added advantage.
    • Job changing should not be too frequent.

    Finance and Account Manager

    Job Purpose     

    • To give clerical support tasks for the HOD for the purpose of preparing and processing documents, answering calls and correspondence, taking part in managing schedules and budgets, arranging meetings and appointments, and performing research and analysis for NPK Plant operations.
    • Ensure best practices and values in alignment with overall corporate accounting objectives; Manage Accounts department staff, provide requisite checks and balances and establish tight control over daily cash transactions, etc.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Assume overall responsibility for developing, planning, and directing finance and accounts objectives by streamlining accounting processes, select, orientate, train, coach and assign employees; communicate job expectations; monitor, appraise, and review j
    • Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; and customer-service standards; complete audits and implement change.
    • Oversee or generate monthly financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow) monthly.
    • Act as custodian of inventory by working very closely with Commercial Manager and Logistics Manager
    • Partner with Head of production and generate Monthly Techno – Commercial MIS along with all KPIs
    • Ensure general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and other financial records and schedules are accurately maintained.
    • Maintain procedures to establish tight control over cash transactions.
    • Ensure timely follow up of accounts receivable and payable.
    • Evaluates & implements internal and external audit recommendations & provides feedback to management on results
    • Exercise budgetary controls, accounting/ physical controls and credit control as per laid down procedures and asset management.
    • Maintaining an effective involvement and understanding of the business in order to contribute to key business decisions within the Company through financial advice and expertise.
    • Provide support, service and advise in all finance matters to the company’s management.

    Additional Information

    • 10-12 years of work experience with minimum 6-8 years in Manufacturing Industry
    • A knowledge in the techno-commercial downstream industry
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
    • Good accounting background with strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong IT skills with ability to understand and use computerized spreadsheet packages

    Education

    Certification / Software

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance and/or professional qualifications in Accountancy.

    • ICAN Membership
