    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Job Purpose

    • To increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales of dialysis and renal healthcare services across all Rencare and Oncoclinics centres in Lagos and its environs.
    • The role is responsible for customer acquisition, campaign execution, outreach, and building long-term client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies focused on renal and dialysis services.
    • Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, digital campaigns, and networking.
    • Create awareness of Rencare and Oncoclinics brands through strategic outreach and community engagements.
    • Build strong client relationships and follow up on leads to convert prospects into paying customers.
    • Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvement strategies.
    • Attend and represent the company at relevant health fairs, seminars, conferences, and other outreach programs.
    • Manage and maintain the patient/client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Track marketing activities and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
    • Oversee the distribution of marketing materials across all touchpoints.
    • Maintain relationships with partners, media houses, and advertising platforms for placement opportunities.
    • Support social media marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
    • Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Experience with outreach programs and B2C engagement is an added advantage.
    • Professional certifications in marketing or healthcare-related fields are a plus.

    Job Objective

    • To coordinate and manage daily marine logistics operations, ensuring timely service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across five core service areas:
      • Marine Vessel Supply
      • Bunker Supply
      • Ship-to-Ship (STS) Operations
      • Ship Clearing & Port Agency Services
      • Barge Operations
    • The Operations Executive will drive performance in line with company standards and client expectations while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marine Vessel Supply

    • Deploy various vessel types (AHTS, FSIV, PSV, crew boats, security boats, accommodation barges) for offshore support.
    • Oversee 24/7 crew activities and ensure timely maintenance.
    • Ensure 100% compliance with national and international maritime standards.

    Bunker Supply Operations

    • Manage high-quality fuel procurement and delivery across multiple ports.
    • Monitor compliance with MARPOL and IMO regulations.
    • Enable real-time tracking and reporting of bunker operations.
    • Target: ≥95% compliance and quality rating, zero fines.

    Ship-to-Ship (STS) Transfers

    • Coordinate certified crew, tugboats, and safe rigging/unrigging operations.
    • Ensure adherence to OCIMF and MARPOL protocols.
    • Monitor operations continuously.
    • Target: Zero incidents, 100% certified personnel.

    Ship Clearing & Port Agency Services

    • Facilitate berthing, customs clearance, harbor documentation, and emergency response.
    • Engage with relevant port authorities for swift vessel turnaround.
    • Target: Clearance within 3 hours, zero documentation errors monthly.

    Barge Operations

    • Manage licensed barges (800MT – 4000MT) for inland and offshore logistics.
    • Ensure full compliance with NPA, NIMASA, and NIWA regulations.
    • Deliver tailored barge solutions to client needs.
    • Target: 100% compliance and ≥90% operational uptime monthly.

    Client & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build and maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and regulators.
    • Provide weekly updates and resolve issues promptly.
    • Target: 100% response rate within 24 hours, ≥85% client satisfaction score.

    Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate operational records and ensure full regulatory alignment.
    • Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
    • Target: 100% documentation accuracy and inspection compliance.

    Operational Reporting

    • Submit weekly status reports, project updates, and monthly dashboards.
    • Target: 100% timely report submissions.

    Team Management & Continuous Improvement

    • Supervise operational staff and third-party contractors.
    • Identify and implement process improvements.
    • Target: At least one improvement initiative per quarter and increased team performance scores.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marine Logistics, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in offshore or marine operations.
    • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (IMO, MARPOL, OCIMF, NPA, NIMASA, NIWA).
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
    • Experience in reporting, planning, and stakeholder management.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development to lead and grow our healthcare business portfolio.     Logistic and Procurement Officer

    ResponsibilitiesLogistics and Shipment Management

    • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and provide status updates to relevant departments.
    • Process regulatory and shipping documents such as Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) certificatesForm M, and PAAR documents.
    • Coordinate with clearing agents to manage customs clearance and ensure smooth delivery of goods.
    • Oversee the receipt of consignments, supervise offloading activities, and reconcile stock records with the Accounts Department and Warehouse Manager.

    Local Procurement

    • Source and procure essential items, including cartons and LPG gas, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
    • Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

    Communication and Documentation

    • Write and respond to emails promptly, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all logistics and procurement activities.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and external partners to streamline operations.

    Skills and Competencies
