    Sales Manager

    Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Boutique Sales Manager to lead our luxury retail sales operations.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
    • This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in luxury retail sales, relationship management, and engaging High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs).

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientelling, sourcing new clients and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing clients.
    • Evaluate performance of all team members and provide consistent coaching where service and selling are top priorities; create and modify action plans for the continuous development of staff.
    • Stay current with market competition, industry, watch trends and client shopping behaviors.
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen; strategically forecast, plan and budget to the needs of the business.
    • Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, clients and supervisors.
    • Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections that are in-boutique and on-line; cascade and train information to the broader team
    • Foster a boutique environment that delivers renowned and authentic service to create a luxury client experience
    • Performance management of sales executive, providing feedback and development opportunities
    • Maintaining visual merchandising to company standards
    • To revive all major dormant accounts into active buying customers.
    • To resuscitate past corporate accounts, government business and sign-up new clients
    • To sell all product category of brands carried by the company in volume for entry level, mid-range and high-end watches
    • Completion of all training requirements from our brands through E learning and other sources
    • Ensuring all team members adhere to the company dress code standards at all time.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (candidates with international degrees are encouraged to apply)
    • Preferably 15 years’ work experience in sales with 5 - 7 years in managerial level.
    • Current knowledge of watch trends and competition in the marketplace.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team (both oral and written).
    • Numerate with ability to understand and analyze sales performance.
    • Leading, mentoring and coaching of high performing sales teams.
    • Retail management experience ideally within a luxury environment.
    • Jewelry or timepiece product knowledge.
    • Advanced selling skills and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of sales achievements.
    • Proven record of inspiring and motivating teams.
    • Masters’ degree in any discipline will be an added advantage.
    • Past experience working in investment banking, assets management, affluent/private banking,luxury real estate.
    • Experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs).

    Head of Sales

    Description

    • We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially driven, and strategic Head of Sales to lead the company's sales function and drive sustainable business growth.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships with corporate and high-net-worth clients, and achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
    • The Head of Sales will oversee all sales operations, identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts, monitor market trends, and ensure exceptional customer experience across all sales channels. This role requires an inspiring leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to deliver consistent sales growth in a luxury retail or premium consumer goods environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, coach, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Establish and monitor sales KPIs, ensuring accountability and high performance across the team.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs), and other key stakeholders.

    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports for executive management.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to support business growth initiatives.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards and deliver a world-class luxury client experience.
    • Monitor inventory trends and work closely with relevant teams to optimize product availability.
    • Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales campaigns to maximize profitability.
    • Ensure visual merchandising standards align with the company's luxury brand image.
    • Support the continuous learning and development of the sales team, including product knowledge and brand training.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans where necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
    • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, corporate meetings, and other business development engagements.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline. An international degree is an added advantage.
    • Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 15 years' progressive sales experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or management role.
    • Luxury Retail Industry / Experience
    • Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
    • Experience managing corporate accounts and high-value client portfolios.
    • Strong understanding of luxury retail, premium consumer goods, jewelry, or timepiece sales.
    • Experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs).
    • Previous experience in luxury retail, investment banking, asset management, private banking, wealth management, or luxury real estate will be highly advantageous.
    • Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and consistently exceeding sales targets.
