Sales Intern (NYSC) at ProDevs

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven NYSC Corps Member to promote TalentApply, drive user acquisition, convert prospects into paying subscribers, and increase platform adoption among job seekers and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote TalentApply through direct outreach, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Drive user registrations and convert prospects into paid subscribers.
• Engage job seekers, fresh graduates, and NYSC Corps Members.
• Follow up with leads to improve subscription conversions.
• Track sales activities, subscriptions, and revenue performance.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital tools.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• New user registrations.
• Number of paid subscriptions acquired.
• Lead-to-subscription conversion rate.
• Subscription revenue generated.
• Achievement of assigned sales targets.
