Job Description

• Our Sales and Marketing Team is on the hunt for a Sales Executive who is passionate about technology, education and is seeking the chance to make a difference.
• Initiative, ownership, data-driven decision-making, and leadership development will be key differentiators in both the selection process and the successful execution of the roles and responsibilities of this key position.

Overall Function

• The successful candidates will be responsible for selling uLesson in assigned locations. You will be responsible for discovering, pursuing and closing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Reporting Line:

• The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates’ responsibilities include but are not limited to the list below:

• Proactively sell uLesson in schools, homes, offices, events and other clusters;
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referral-based strategies;
• Manage relationships with Educators, Parents, Learners and Retailers in territory defined and agreed by the company;
• Administer assessments to learners to determine baseline academic performance;
• Understand Parent/Learner desired outcomes and how to leverage technologies to assist in optimization;
• Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on assessed needs of potential clients;
• Using a consultative selling approach to properly qualify and align the needs of the customers;
• Present the highest level of professionalism and passion through presentations, marketing materials/events, quotes & proposals;
• Compiling and presenting sales reports;
• Perform other duties as may be required;

Location:

• These roles will be based in Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt (applicants must be resident in these locations)

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree preferable in any STEM course
• 0-2 years’ work experience
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to communicate with learners, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Must possess good understanding of computers and mobile device specifications and, operating systems
• Must strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be able to exhibit excellent presentation skills in both large and small groups.
• Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Compensation
Salary is competitive: up to N200,000 / Month.

• As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience.
• You’ll have proven experience overseeing marketing, operations, product and potentially human resources.
• You’re an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments.
• Ultimately, you’re driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.

Overall Function

• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and overall performance of uLesson Coding School.

Key Responsibilities

• Build out end to end business operations for the uLesson Coding School;
• Drive overall growth and profitability of the product line;
• Will have ownership and drive leadership of product strategy;
• Design and implement viable strategies for customer acquisition and retention as well as marketing and sales operations;
• Build out and motivate an ecosystem of educators/tutors;
• Maintain extremely high levels of quality in service delivery;
• Provide customer feedback and advice to Product, Content and Distribution & Marketing teams;
• Perform other duties as may be required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in and managing cross-functional teams
• Understanding of Business metrics, Product, Marketing and Sales
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to communicate with learners, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Good understanding of computers and mobile device specifications and, operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

Compensation
Salary is competitive: N1,000,000 – N1,200,000 Monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting periodic vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to continuously analyze and improve the security posture of applications and networks in the enterprise
• Document results of tests for the product, engineering team and executive management.
• Engage with the software developers and engineering team to understand architecture and verify mitigation efforts.
• Use critical thinking to bring together information from multiple sources to determine if a threat is present
• Experience triaging security alerts.
• Monitor network access
• Work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to acquire and exchange information on Cybersecurity issues, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in network and application vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Extensive working knowledge of web and mobile applications and technologies.
• Understanding of patch management with the ability to facilitate deployment of patches in a timely manner with an understanding of business impact
• Detail oriented
• Experience with application security testing tools and exploitation frameworks such as Nessus, OWASP Zap, NMAP, BurpSuite
• Knowledge of and experience with API security testing
• Strong vulnerability assessment test result analysis skills, and test results reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project and time management skills with a track record of being able to deliver within agreed timelines.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work well within teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
