    Sales Executive - Kwara

    • We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at a leading beverage company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding our market presence across Kwara State.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets within the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key customers.
    • Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising.
    • Execute promotional and activation activities to drive product volume and brand visibility.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and insights to management.
    • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

    Requirements

    • Must reside in or be very familiar with Kwara State.
    • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in Beverage or FMCG sales.
    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
