    Sales Executive

    Job Brief

    • Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ultimately, a sales executive will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

    Requirements and Skills

    • High School Degree.
    • 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
    • Fast learner with and passion for sales.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Brief

    • The BDO will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
    • Present our company to potential clients.
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients andAccount Executives.
    • Report to theBusiness Development Manageron (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative,Sales Account Executiveor similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
    • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
    • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
