    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Are you eloquent, sales-driven, and confident in your appearance? Do you have proven experience in sales and a passion for closing deals?  If yes, we're looking for you!
    • We are hiring a full time onsite Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and persuasive individual who is passionate about delivering results.

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively manage relationships with existing customers
    • Develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain existing customer base
    • Identify and secure business opportunities for the organization
    • Collaborate with Sales team lead to secure, retain and grow accounts through understanding clients’ needs
    • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets through effective competitor’s research and business environment analysis
    • Prepare/submit weekly report on sales and competition activities
    • Organize and execute trade visits/calls
    • Follow-up with on-line lead generation
    • Establish customers’ needs and selling allocated products accordingly
    • Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
    • Organize meetings with prospective clients and making product demonstrations

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 3-4years post-NYSC experience in a sales or marketing
    • Must be medically inclined.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
    • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
    • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and CRM tools
    • Applicant must reside around Magodo or environs.

    Receptionist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an eloquent, customer-focused Receptionist with a background in sales to serve as the first point of contact at our wellness center.
    • Beyond managing front desk responsibilities, you will be expected to promote and upsell our wellness products and services to walk-in clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a premium experience from entry to exit.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
    • Provide accurate information about our services, treatments, and products
    • Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and suggest suitable services or products
    • Actively upsell and cross-sell wellness packages, spa treatments, and in-house products
    • Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk and reception area
    • Schedule appointments and manage booking systems efficiently
    • Maintain proper client records and support data entry needs
    • Follow up on inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
    • Assist in administrative duties and basic support tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in a customer-facing or sales role. Experience in wellness, spa, or health-related industries is an added advantage
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be eloquent, well-spoken, and have a friendly personality
    • Proven ability to market or upsell services and products
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
    • Applicant must reside within/around Magodo or environs.

    Salary and Benefits

    • N150,000 / Month.
    • HMO.
