    Sales Centre Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or a related fields.
    • Experience in FMCG is compulsory.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

    Commercial Operations Manager

    Core Responsibilities

    • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
    • Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
    • Monitor local and federal regulations.
    • Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
    • Recruit and oversee contractors and vendors.

    Reruirements

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years years of experience in sales operations and commercial execution initiatives.
    • Must be IT - savvy
    • Systems consulting and implementation experience
    • Experience managing an E-commerce.
    • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
    • Solid experience with MS Office Suite
    • Innovative thinker; ability to think outside of the current norms and processes
    • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate into commercial revenue and benefits
    • Strong internal and external communication and collaboration skills; capability to liaise with all levels of the wider business development teams across the organization
    • Outstanding ability to sell ideas along with excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills.

    Inventory Officer

    Core Duties

    • Prepare purchase orders.
    • Receive, store and issue goods.
    • Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock.
    • Maintain stock records using manual or computerised systems.
    • Prepare inventories.
    • Find sources of supply and obtain quotes from suppliers.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc, HND in relevant field.
    • 2 years experience in relevant field.
    • Experience in FMCG is compulsory
    • Good planning and numeracy skills
    • A methodical approach to work
    • Good communication skills
    • Aptitude for working with computer systems
    • Able to pay attention to details.
