    Safety Officer

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Summary

    • The Safety Manager will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations, you will also be on a constant lookout for violations. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and ready to act in emergencies.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills must have traits.

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting line to the General Manager, Operations.
    • Ensure total compliance to all safety requirements.
    • Plan and coordinate toolbox talk and inductions.
    • Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work-plan.
    • Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP).
    • Daily inspection of the workshop and the company premises to ensure a hazard-free environment.
    • Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
    • Enforcing safety guidelines and programs.
    • Plan and co-ordinate weekly safety sessions.
    • Carrying out exercises on managing emergency situations
    • Conducting investigations on accidents
    • Verifying that all safety reports are submitted.

    Minimum Requirements

    • B.Sc. or its equivalent in any relevant Science or Engineering degree.
    • Minimum of 5years’ work-related experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, Offshore/onshore sectors.
    • NEBOSH, ISPON or IOSH certification is an added advantage.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

    Logistics Manager

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Requirements

    • B.Sc (2nd Class) or HND (Credit) in Social and or Management Sciences; Accounting or Economics or the Science disciplines and or Technical /Engineering disciplines with membership of relevant professional bodies and a minimum of five years relevant experience in Logistics and or Supply chain management experience.
    • He or she must be analytical, result oriented and a computer literate.
    • Good communicator, on different levels in the organization
    • Ability to perform under pressure
    • Problem solving ability
    • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English language.

    Salary
    N150,000 / month

    Warehouse Manager

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
    • Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
    • Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
    • Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these
    • Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
    • Respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone
    • Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
    • Plan future capacity requirements
    • Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
    • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Where appropriate, oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc (2nd Class) or HND (Credit) in Management Sciences or in the Science disciplines and / or Technical / Engineering discipline with membership of relevant professional bodies and a minimum of five (5)n years core warehousing Management experience, goods hands-on experience in procurement management will be an added advantage.
    • He or she must be analytic, result oriented and a computer literate.
