The RPA Developer will support the Technology & Innovation team to manage automation projects/initiatives with the aim of enhancing service delivery across the organization.

Job Details

• Support technical design development and maintenance of RPA applications and associated components
• Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization
• Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
• Documenting the automation procedures
• Incorporate accurate unit testing practices into development processes.
• Business process requirements gathering, analysis and distilling for automation.
• Coordinate with other members of the Technology & Innovation team such as business analysts, Product Managers, and other functions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts (bots, triggers, queues, selectors, attended/unattended automation etc).
• Familiarity with at least one automation platform:
  • UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. (Preferably UiPath or Power Automate)
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of API integration and data exchange (REST, JSON, XML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn automation architecture, AI/ML integration, and process optimization.

In this role, the Fund Accountant, will coordinate NAV analysis, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting for managed funds, and collaborate with internal teams to support efficient fund administration.

Job Details

• Prepare periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for managed funds.
• Conduct bank reconciliation related to the funds
• Record and reconcile investment transactions, income accruals, fees, and other journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory filings (e.g., SEC returns, trustees’ reports).
• Coordinate accounting for fund-related expenses, management fees, and custodian charges.
• Liaise with auditors during fund audits and reviews.
• Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fund reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years direct Fund Accounting experience in an Asset Management firm.
• Professional certification (ACA or  ACCA) is required
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment valuation, and NAV computation.
• Knowledge of IFRS, SEC, and relevant local regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
