Summary of Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned gas retail stations.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales of petroleum products and lubricants.
• Monitor product inventory and ensure timely replenishment and accurate dispensing.
• Supervise station staff and promote a culture of performance and accountability.
• Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities with transport companies, SMEs, and estates.
• Conduct competitor analysis and local market research for strategic decision-making.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and uphold high standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and grow the client base.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, station activities, and business development efforts.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 7 - 10 years’ experience in downstream oil & gas retail or energy product sales.
• Strong understanding of gas retail station operations and fuel product sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic sales reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized engineering IT solutions using AVEVA PI and related AVEVA tools (E3D, PDMS, AVEVA Net, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end software integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AVEVA PI with SCADA, DCS, PLC, and other real-time systems.
• Provide post-implementation technical support, ensuring high availability, system reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and deliver technical training on AVEVA and allied software to internal and client teams.
• Support business development efforts through technical demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Deliver and co-lead curriculum sessions for our Engineering Finishing School (EFS), empowering the next generation of digital engineers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in systems integration or engineering digitalization roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AVEVA PI System implementation, configuration, and real-time data integration.
• Solid understanding of other AVEVA platforms (E3D, PDMS, Net), and interoperability with tools like Autodesk Plant 3D, Bentley OpenPlant, Oracle Primavera, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven track record of working on engineering IT projects in Oil & Gas or energy-intensive sectors.
• A confident trainer, mentor, and collaborator who thrives in both team settings and client-facing engagements.
