    Residential Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Direct, prepare or supervise cooking and other food preparation activities on a daily basis
    • Monitor and oversee sanitation practices to ensure that regulations and standards of cleanliness are always being strictly adhered to by employees. Make corrections or terminate employees as needed when standards are not being followed
    • Coordinate all food purchasing, budgeting, and planning operations with other staff members
    • Analyze recipes and make menu changes when necessary to keep customers happy and minimize overhead costs when possible
    • Meet with customers as needed to arrange menu items and negotiate prices for catering weddings, banquets, and other special occasions
    • Inspect cooking equipment, supplies, work areas.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of food preparation regulations and standards.
    • The candidate must stay on the Island.

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring for a chef, it's a contract job that will end in 1-2 months, the selected candidate will resume duty 4-6pm (Monday - Saturday)

    Mid Wife / CHEW

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
    • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
    • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
    • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts

    HMO Officer

    Job Description

    • This individual must have adverse knowledge and a good working experience with different health maintenance organizations.

    Responsibilities

    • Reaching out to potential HMO companies and subscribing them to the hospital facilities.
    • To process complaints from the beneficiaries and coworkers, following established guidelines.
    • To establish effectivepolicies for all operational procedures.
    • To prepare work schedules.
    • To give proper orientation to patients/clients on the benefits, eligibility status, enrollmentprocessing procedures,and status of authorizations and referrals.
    • To monitor the performances of the other staff in the hospital.
    • To interact with the entire HMO community.

    Requirements

    • Relevant Degree.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
