    Relationship Officers, Prestige Banking

    Job Description

     

    • To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
    • Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the Bank.
    • Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of corporate clients and individual depositors.
    • Build relationships with new & existing customers Develop attractive products to contribute to the achievement of the overall deposit targets

    KPbIs:

    • Ensure 100% achievement of assigned deposit mobilization and CASA targets.
    • Ensure 100% achievement of Customer acquisition targets.
    • Maintain the Banks approved cost of funds target at all times.
    • Develop strategies to ensure sustainable growth in liquidity in line with the Banks goals.

    Qualifications

    • A good 1st Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years in prestige banking: high volume deposit mobilization and with excellent performance track record.
    • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) andMicrofinance Certificate Program or any other related qualifications are an added advantage.

    Software Engineer (Back End / Full Stack)

    Job Description

     

    • Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs (Web and Mobile Applications).
    • Testing and evaluating new programs.
    • Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
    • Writing and implementing efficient code.
    • Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents.
    • Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
    • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market.

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 5 years relevant work experience as a Back End Software Developer.
    • Proven work experience as a Mobile developer preferably in the FINTEC space
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
    • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
    • Knowledge ofHTML5, Phyton, Php, Laravel, JavaScript Mobile Development, React Native/Flutter, AWS, Azure, and other cloud related services
    • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java
    • Should be ready to transition into IOS
    • Strong knowledge of both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of solid design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.)
    • Experience as a front-end, UI/UX developer
    • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
    • Familiarity with OOP design principles
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
    • Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.

    Data Engineer

    Job Description

     

    • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
    • Improve data availability, acting as a liaison between source systems and Business teams
    • Generate automated reports from single or multiple systems
    • Develop accurate and timely reports to be used by the business
    • Interrogate data to identify trends and present back in an insightful manner
    • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards

    • Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables
    • Experience building and automating dashboards using data visualisation tools like PowerBi, Tableau e.t.c.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong knowledge of Temenos T24 database tables/views
    • Experience using MS Office e.g. Excel, PowerPoint for reporting
    • Knowledge of Cloud architecture (Azure specifically) will be an added advantage

    General Roles

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2nd Class Lower in First Degree, MBA, M.Sc, MA, ML and / or Professional qualifications is compulsory
    • 3 - 5 years working experience in project management
    • General banking experience especially in Operations and Technology service units is preferable.

    Required Certifications:
