The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's growth by expanding our Assets Under Management (AUM). The ideal candidate will leverage an existing, robust network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients to deploy investment products and deliver exceptional portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Growth & Business Development: Aggressively grow the firm's AUM by utilizing your extensive client network and deep industry expertise to cross-sell and up-sell the firm's full suite of investment products and services.
• Client Portfolio Management: Construct, organize, and maintain tailored investment portfolios. Proactively manage client assets in alignment with their specific investment preferences, risk tolerance, and long-term financial goals.
• Strategic Advisory: Conduct regular, high-level client meetings to assess financial status, identify needs, evaluate risks, and track progress against established goals.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define, implement, and achieve the organization's short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate and insightful weekly activity reports. Compile comprehensive monthly performance reports and present findings and strategic recommendations directly to the Board of Directors.

We are looking for a proven top performer in their current organization. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive & Portable Clientele Base: A demonstrable track record of managing a large, active portfolio of Private Wealth Clients and institutional investors. You must possess a portable network ready to be leveraged immediately.
• Industry Pedigree: Significant experience gained at a reputable, well-known competitor (e.g., major asset managers, investment banks, or wealth management firms). You understand the competitive landscape and have a proven methodology for success.
• Superior Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional ability to influence C-suite executives and Private Wealth clients. You must be an articulate presenter capable of simplifying complex financial instruments and securing high-value mandates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and regulatory environment (SEC regulations).

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's degree, HND, or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Above 5 years' experience in FMCG High-Speed automation lines on maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, operations, and strong on ground technical practical skills in machinery, tools, and problem-solving.
• Knows how to achieve outputs by maintaining correct mechanical alignments for "automated stations" synchronized all in one productive stable line & on time..
• Experienced in pneumatics automation, drawings reading and repairs.
