    Job Summary

    We are seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join our Wealth Management team as HNI Sales Relationship Officers. The role is responsible for driving client acquisition, deepening relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), and promoting tailored wealth management solutions to support liability growth and revenue generation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) for wealth management products and services.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive portfolio growth and product penetration.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customized financial solutions aligned with client objectives.
    • Achieve defined sales and revenue targets within assigned regions.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
    • Proven track record in managing and selling to HNI clients, particularly within Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt markets.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Good understanding of wealth management products and Nigerian financial regulations.
    • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a performance-based environment.
