    Regional Manager

    Role Summary:

    • The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the region, coordinating between sales, technical, customer service, and administrative teams.
    • This role ensures adherence to the company's policies, achieves regional growth objectives, and reports to National HQ.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead daily operations across the region, overseeing sales, technical, customer support, and office functions.
    • Coordinate team efforts to ensure alignment with regional goals and company policies.
    • Drive regional sales growth, working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to identify new opportunities.
    • Manage the training, and performance of regional staff.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of escalated issues.
    • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources, including vehicles and equipment.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the region and National HQ, providing regular reports on operational performance and challenges.
    • Ensure all operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.

    KPIs:

    • Regional sales growth compared to previous quarters.
    • Customer satisfaction rating across services delivered.
    • Operational cost-efficiency within the allocated regional budget.
    • Team performance, including productivity, adherence to policies, and overall engagement.

    Requirements

    • B.sc/HND in any field
    • 5-8 years experience as a Regional Manager

    Sales Manager

    Role Summary:

    • The Sales Manager will oversee the regional sales team, including full-time Sales Agents and contract-based Brand Activators (BAs).
    • This role is key to driving revenue, growth and maintaining strong client relationships in the region.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the regional sales team, including Sales Agents and contract-based Brand Activators (BAs), ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the region, identifying new market opportunities.
    • Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to improve lead generation, relationship management, and deal closure.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
    • Prepare and present sales performance reports to the Regional Manager and National HQ.

    KPIs:

    • Achievement of regional sales targets and quotas.
    • Execution and effectiveness of marketing campaigns in boosting sales.
    • Number of contracts closed, leads converted, and enterprise accounts retained.
    • Customer feedback and referrals leading to additional business.

    Requirements

    • B.sc/HND in any related field
    • Must have 5-8years experience as a Sales Manager
