    Key Responsibilities

    • The ideal candidate must be a hands-on fashion designer with strong expertise in men’s suits and traditional wear, capable of both designing and supervising production.     • Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering well-constructed, perfectly fitted, and high-quality garments while maintaining consistency across all production outputs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and supervise the production of men’s suits and traditional wear from concept to final delivery.
    • Oversee daily tailoring operations while enforcing high-quality standards in stitching, finishing, and garment presentation.
    • Conduct quality inspections at all stages (pre-production, fittings, and final output) to ensure premium standards.
    • Take accurate measurements, supervise fittings, and ensure precise implementation of alterations.
    • Review patterns and ensure alignment with client specifications and design expectations.
    • Monitor fabric selection and usage, ensuring correct materials are used and minimizing waste.
    • Train and guide tailors on modern design techniques and luxury finishing standards.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in any discipline. with 3-4 years experience.
    • Must be a male candidate with strong hands-on experience in fashion design (menswear).
    • Proven experience designing and producing men’s suits and traditional attire.
    • Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern drafting, measurements, and fittings.
    • Ability to combine creativity with technical production and quality control.
    • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to premium finishing.
    • Must reside in Surulere or nearby environs.
