Real Estate Customer Support Executive

Description
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide information on properties, pricing, and services
- Follow up with leads and ensure excellent client experience
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports
- Support sales and marketing activities
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Admin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Smart, presentable, and target-driven
- Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos
Added Advantage:
- Experience in Real Estate and/or Banking Marketing.
