Quality Assurance Engineer at Mintyn Digital Bank

Location: Hybrid (Once a Month)

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure our digital products meet high standards of quality, performance, and user experience. 
• You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, improve functionality, and help deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and technical specifications to understand expected behavior
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools
• Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes and improvements
• Conduct regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure products meet quality, performance, and usability standards before release.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with manual testing (automation is a plus)
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS)
• Basic knowledge of APIs and backend testing
• Exposure to fintech or fast-paced startup environments.
