    Quality Analyst

    Overview

    Responsibilities
    This role will:

    • Plan and conduct comprehensive audits.
    • Assist business leaders in gathering and analyzing data on service performance.
    • Identify and resolve potential work quality issues affecting customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure adherence to quality assurance guidelines to achieve 100% customer/client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to create data-driven, actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Be the Voice of the Customer when driving customer excellence practices.
    • Perform in-depth analysis of quality and performance data, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and discover customer-impacting, process compliance, or operational deficiency issues.
    • Monitor and report any performance issues to the management team.
    • Identify and document best practices and quality processes for customer experience and operational excellence to ensure uniform service delivery.
    • Support and drive compliance with the global quality management system.
    • Lead implementation of improvement activities to ensure quality continuously improves.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality, or relevant field
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer support and/or vendor management
    • Professional fluency in both written and spoken English
    • Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt, or Kaizen certification is preferred.
    • Lean management, continuous improvement, business analysis, and program management experience are preferred.
    • Proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams and lead both local and global continuous improvement projects
    • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
    • Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly as situations change
    • Ability to use root cause analysis to find trends and create data-driven recommendations
    • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.

    Senior Scrum Master

    Responsibilities

    • Provide ongoing facilitation and coaching that enables the team to excel at Agile development
    • Facilitate medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release
    • Navigate and identify shared IT services required by the team in the delivery of its objectives
    • Facilitate discussions leading to collective decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution within the team
    • Actively manage risks and external dependencies drawing in team members as appropriate
    • Create and maintain the appropriate channels for open communication within the scrum team (e.g., tracker boards, JIRA) to create a trusting and safe team environment
    • Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues
    • Collectively with the product owner owns creation and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutions
    • Assists Product Owners to shape the digital product roadmap and vision from timelines and team capacity perspective

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 5-7 years of Scrum master experience
    • Proven track record of delivering successful projects using Scrum methodology as Scrum Master
    • At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and/or project management
    • Certified Scrum Master is a plus
    • Knowledge of Agile software development process (e.g., XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
    • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games

    Senior Data Scientist

    Responsibilities

    • Understand business problems and design end-to-end analytics use cases
    • Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance
    • Collaborate with model developers to implement and deploy scalable solutions
    • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging DA and BM data to drive business solutions
    • Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies
    • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
    • Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, design, and high-performing software
    • Code, test, and document new or modified data systems to create robust and scalable applications for data analytics
    • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes
    • Ensure that data pipelines are scalable, repeatable, and secure, and can serve multiple users within DA
    • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

    Qualifications

    • Master's or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science or another related field
    • 5-7 years of experience working in a data science role
    • Proven experience working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL). Deep knowledge of data modeling and understanding of different data structures
    • Advanced knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques (regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks, etc.)
    • Experience with C, C++, Java, R, Python, and Matlab is required
    • Knowledge of computing tools including Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, Arena, and others
    • Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid development methods
    • Curiosity, strong communication, problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions

    Senior Data Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Define the data lifecycle, including data models and data sources for analytics platforms
    • Create and maintain an optimal data pipeline and architecture
    • Build analytics tools and conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance
    • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, and more
    • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies
    • Perform aggregations on data across various warehousing models
    • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
    • Keep data secure and work closely with database teams on topics related to data requirements, cleanliness, accuracy, and others

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree in Computer Science or another related field
    • 5-7 years of direct experience in a statistical and/or data science role
    • Experience working with large data sets, simulation/ optimization, and distributed computing tools
    • Hands-on knowledge of data extraction and transformation tools - traditional ETL tools (Informatica, Alteryx) as well as the latest big data tools
    • Experience working with large datasets, relational databases (SQL), and distributed systems (Hadoop, Hive)
    • Extensive experience with R and/or SAS. Knowledge of other statistical software like SPSS, RapidMiner, and others is a plus
    • Knowledge of data architecture and experience defining data retention policies, monitoring performance, and advising any necessary infrastructure changes
    • Comfortability with developing dashboards (Tableau, Power Bi, Qlik, etc.) and data analytics models (R, Python, Spark)

    Senior Quality Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure every feature developed by the team is tested
    • Blend automated and manual testing to efficiently cover the system’s functionality without compromising quality
    • Feed the team with detailed information on any defects found, and help the Agile Coach and Product Owner to prioritize
    • Strive to automate and maintain comprehensive test suites with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Work with IT and operations to run tests in production environments after deployment to ensure quality
    • Knows the product vision and works closely with the designers and the Product Owner to translate their vision into tests
    • Partner with development teams to identify key areas of risk in new solutions
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and standards on testing
    • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies as needed to provide clarification and problem solve with the team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 4-7 years of experience for senior, be able to lead team of QAs
    • Experience with manual acceptance testing at story level, exploratory and creative testing, and within fast-paced sprint cycles
    • Skilled at finding hidden requirements, edge cases, and a “desire to break” attitude
    • Experience implementing automated end-to-end tests, experience with frameworks and tools and the ability to code
    • Ability to develop integration, performance, and load bearing tests
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience as a tester on a cross-functional agile team preferred
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions
    • Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
    • Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
    • Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies
