Preparing periodic HSE reports , recording and analysing HSE data and improving HSE performance
Scheduling regular HSE meetings, trainings and inductions on safety policies for employees, visitors and contractors
Implementing an integrated Safe system of Work (JHA,TBT,LOTO,CSE and Unsafe acts activities), to ensure that TBESL maintains the best practices of HSE culture
Supporting project execution by providing HSE oversight, and ensuring that contracts are in line with contractors’ HSE management standards.
Assisting in the preparation of HSE segments in bid preparation
Documenting all non-conformity arising from audits and ensuring that the necessary steps are taken
Ensuring the conduction of regular emergency response exercise and ensuring that employees maintain the highest level of preparedness in the event of an emergency
Identifying hazards and reporting them immediately them to the proper personnel.
Participating in detailed accident investigation and root cause analysis
Ensuring proper use and maintenance of PPE.
Ensuring that TBESL attains agreed upon industry standard quality certifications.
Developing QMS documentation and implementing subsequent revisions.
Continuously reviewing quality control processes, procedures and capabilities
Reviewing and approving contractors and sub-contractors QA and QC documentation to ensure that their planned activities meets with contractual requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a QHSE function within the Oil and Gas industry
Must have ISO 9001:2008/2015 QMS Internal Auditors Certificate
Must have Either NEBOSH or ISPON HSE Level 1, 2 and 3
Must have lead an organization towards achieving an ISO 9001:2008 or 9001:2015 certification
