Job Description

• Provide inspection justifications, selection criteria, inspection parameters, and  advance documentation requests. 
• To facilitate all approval from the Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance  Regulatory Agency (LASIMRA) 
• Getting necessary approvals for rollout of fiber in various Estates ∙ Identification and acquisition of properties, shops, sites and apartments ∙ Run, review, and process monthly Base Rent Increases as required by the  Lease 
• Process Certificates of Occupancy - as required 
• Review and process miscellaneous charges billed by Landlord – Obtain  appropriate back-up and prepare check request 
• Prepare check requests and Lease Update forms, etc. 
• Update contacts, new addresses, new ownerships into lease files ∙ Request insurance certificates for both New and Established properties,  shops or apartments – as needed 
• Maintain Lease Drafts files/folders 
• Other actions as assigned by manager 

Qualifications

• BSc. in Business Administration, Estate Management or other related discipline
• At least 2 years work experience in Administration, or as an Estate & Facility  manager with a telecoms operator 
• Knowledge of the wider telecoms/ ICT sector 
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent inter-personal skills and strong written and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an ability to work in a small team with limited supervision
• Competent computer literacy skills particularly with Microsoft Office programs  such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Principal Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development process, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure software solutions for both front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop and maintain APIs to integrate with external systems and partners.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, optimize software performance, and troubleshoot as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6 to 8 years) in full-stack software development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring).
• Extensive knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the fintech industry or related financial services is a plus
