    Project Planner

    Job Description

    • Plan and schedule project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the Primavera P6 software.

    • Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.

    • Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly reports with respect to the review of the overall project.

    • Creating Enterprise Project Structure(EPS), Organization Breakdown Structure(OBS) & Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) in Primavera P6(Database – Oracle & SQL)

    • Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.

    • Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement, and reporting systems.

    • Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required, and keep the Project planning team abreast of the progress on a regular basis.

    • Ensure project control documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.

    • Conduct detailed delay analysis and Extension Of Time(EOT) claims

    • Conduct and present feasibility analyses for proposed projects.

    • Establish key performance indicators, and monitor and evaluate the overall project performance.

    • Analyse project data and produce insights to optimize performance; identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.

    • Monitor and check site installations performed by subcontractors to ensure their adherence to the drawings and specifications.

    • Maintain drawing registers, drawing files as well as a site filing system.

    • Prepare method statements and complete construction documents.

    • Prepare shop drawings, raise timely invoices, variations, claims and settlement, bill of quantities, finalization of various suppliers, subcontractors, work planning, and execution of works with optimum resources.

    • Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports, including project contracts and financials

    • Perform other tasks as assigned by Head, Development, Planning & Control

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields.
    • Minimum of 5 cognate years’ of experience in a very similar capacity within the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P3 or P6 and MS Excel is strongly required.
    • Ability to manage an integrated master schedule and the supporting detailed schedules using MS Project
    • Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
    • Strong computer skills and experience with relevant project management software programmes.
    • Stakeholder management skills 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    HVAC Manager

    Job Description

    • Maintain and perform repairs on all refrigeration equipment and perform troubleshooting on all HVAC equipment and perform repairs on all coolers.
    • Manage all-metal duct components and install all HVAC systems and monitor all provide resolutions for all emergency alarm in systems and perform repairs to all ventilating and air conditioning units.
    • Manage all data centre applications and operate various centrifugal chillers and install and maintain dehumidification systems and oversee all maintenance activities for various technicians.
    • Design and provide enhancements to all conservation programs for electricity and natural gas and assist to plant instruments and perform troubleshooting on equipment and ensure compliance with all regulations.
    • Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC.
    • Evaluate all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions and maintain all deliverables for projects to maintain optimal qualities within the required timeframe and coordinate with stakeholders to analyse all project requirements.
    • Perform audits on all HVAC systems and collect data and perform periodic evaluations and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to perform a regular audit and ensure compliance with all corporate regulations and assist to design an efficient HVAC system and adhere to all architectural requirements.
    • Analyse all load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC equipment and recommend improvement

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
    • Proven years of experience working in an FM space
    • Must reside in Delta/Asaba or its environ
    • Ideal candidate must be reliable and trustworthy

    HSE Manager

    Job Description

    • Investigates non-physical claims to confirm the liability or otherwise of the organization, for it to deny or settle the claim
    • Carries out duties as may be required by the health and safety manager
    • Monitors compliance with the use of quality materials for various work schedules
    • Liaises with health and safety regulatory authorities
    • Trains employees on best practices that will ensure safety while carrying out day to day work schedules
    • Ensures that where necessary changes occur in the organization’s work practices if such changes will lead to a marked reduction in the likelihood of avoidable hazards occurring
    • Maintains a record each for in-house accidents, both settled and contended claims, and best practices for the organization to ensure its practices are healthy and safe
    • Plans with the health and safety manager to train or retrain junior workers to ensure that the team is well-skilled
    • Ensure that safety and personal protective equipment are used following the manufacturer’s instructions

    Requirements

    • Must reside in Delta / Asaba or its environs
    • Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management, Engineering or any related field
    • 3 - 5 cognate years of experience as a Health and safety specialist in a real estate space
    • HSE Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON HSE 123 are a must-have
    • Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
    • Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
    • Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
    • Proficient in MS Office.

    Plumber

    Job Description

    • Responsible for implementation of Periodic Maintenance of all Plumbing installation and equipment (these includes but not limited to WTP, STP, SP, FP) under management of Central Intervention Team
    • Carry-out corrective maintenance or repair of Plumbing installation and equipment to standard especially latest edition of International Plumbing Code and acceptable functional state
    • Intervene in any important and urgent issues require Central Intervention Team
    • Keep and update records of any maintenance carry-out on Plumbing installation and equipment
    • Liaise and analyze each job assignment and follow-up/consult line-head to ensure materials are available
    • Complete work orders inclusive of an inventory of Labor and materials needed for each job
    • Arrange for the proper disposition and follow up/report the status of all requests until completion Support the line-head in performing the required work for all types of repairs and maintenance
    • Perform other functions as may be assigned by line-head.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of O' Level qualification
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber
    • Must reside in Delta/Asaba or it's environ
    • Trade-test I, II & III/NTC/ NABTEB is a must-have
    • Experience in plumbing installation and maintenance practices
    • Experience working in a Facility Management Company
    • Good hands-on practical experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of plumbing systems
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good documentation skills (i.e., report, hand-over, or duty note)
    • Good troubleshooting (defect identification) and rectification
    • Knowledge of HSE (Toolbox-talk, JHA, Risk assessment).
