    Project Manager - Food & Beverage

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development and commercialization projects within the food and beverage space.
    • This is not a routine technical role. It is a client-facing, execution-focused position that combines project management, product development oversight, regulatory coordination, and commercial delivery.
    • You will lead projects across the full lifecycle—from concept and formulation through scale-up, regulatory approval, and market launch—ensuring timely, high-quality, and commercially viable outcomes for clients across the beverage industry.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Leadership & Delivery:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end beverage product development projects from concept to launch
    • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
    • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, production, regulatory, marketing)
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

    Beverage Product Development Oversight:

    • Oversee formulation and development of beverage products (e.g. juices, carbonated drinks, dairy, functional beverages)
    • Guide product testing, sensory evaluation, and prototype validation
    • Ensure product quality, consistency, and scalability
    • Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising product standards

    Regulatory & Compliance Management:

    • Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON, Codex Alimentarius, and relevant standards
    • Coordinate product registration, labelling approvals, and documentation
    • Oversee implementation of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards
    • Conduct compliance checks and mitigate regulatory risks

    Manufacturing & Scale-Up Coordination:

    • Support transition from pilot production to full-scale manufacturing
    • Coordinate process design and production readiness with manufacturing teams
    • Oversee development of SOPs for production, quality control, and operations
    • Monitor production efficiency and recommend improvements

    Client & Stakeholder Management:

    • Lead client engagements and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle
    • Translate technical outputs into clear business and commercial recommendations
    • Support proposals, presentations, and project reporting
    • Ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives

    Commercial & Go-To-Market Support

    • Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies
    • Validate product claims in line with regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with marketing teams on product launch execution.

    Team Coordination & Knowledge Management:

    • Work closely with internal technical teams and external partners
    • Document project learnings, frameworks, and best practices
    • Support mentoring of junior team members where required.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
    • 4–6 years’ experience in beverage product development, manufacturing, or project management
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development or innovation projects
    • Strong understanding of beverage formulations, processing, and scale-up operations
    • Experience working with regulatory frameworks (NAFDAC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)
    • Experience in FMCG, beverage companies, or consulting environments is highly preferred.

    Business Development Lead

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships across Africa’s manufacturing and industrial ecosystem.
    • This role requires a commercially astute and strategic leader with proven experience operating across multiple sectors, particularly within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, agro-allied, food & beverages, cosmetics, and investment-driven environments.
    • The ideal candidate must have experience working within or alongside a multi-sector consulting or investment firm, with the ability to navigate complex industries, structure deals, and position the company as a trusted partner in business transformation and growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategy & Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company growth targets
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline across multiple sectors and industries
    • Drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value mandates across manufacturing and investment landscapes.

    Market Intelligence:

    Partnerships & Team Leadership:

    Reporting & Performance:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
    • 8+ years’ experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or related roles
    • Proven track record of closing high-value deals across multiple sectors
    • Strong experience in a multi-sector environment, including:

    Head of Finance Analyst

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Finance to lead the company’s financial direction, support executive decision-making, and build a robust finance function to drive sustainable growth.
    • This is a high-impact leadership role, not a back-office position.
    • You will serve as a key advisor to the Managing Partner, shaping financial strategy, overseeing complex financial modelling, and ensuring strong financial governance across a growing portfolio of consulting, project finance, and advisory engagements.
