    Project Manager - ERP Implementation (Oracle NetSuite)

    About the job

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite as our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite and its capabilities. This role will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation of our organization and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

    Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.

    Team Management:

    • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external consultants.
    • Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure project success.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, department heads, and end-users.
    • Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.

    ERP Implementation:

    • Configure Oracle NetSuite to meet the organization's specific business requirements.
    • Collaborate with functional experts to ensure accurate data migration and system integration.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users.

    Change Management:

    • Develop and implement a change management plan to address organizational resistance to the new system.
    • Communicate the benefits of the ERP implementation and provide support to employees during the transition.

    Post-Implementation Support:

    • Oversee the stabilization and optimization of the ERP system after go-live.
    • Provide ongoing support to users and address any issues that arise.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations.
    • Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite implementations.
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Experience in a production environment (preferred).
    • Open to frequent travel (up to 70%) to Akure, Ondo State.

    Job Summary

    • The B2B (Business to Business) Sales Manager for JohnVents Vegetable Oil Refinery will focus on expanding the client base and driving sales in the bulk vegetable and Soya oil industry. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, relationship building, and market knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential B2B clients for the vegetable and Soya oil refinery.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Proactively prospect new clients through various channels.
    • Tailor solutions to meet clients' needs and communicate the company’s value proposition effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in the bulk vegetable oil industry.
    • Industry knowledge: A good grasp of the bulk vegetable/Soya oil industry, including trends, specific needs, and challenges of potential clients.
    • Communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt communication style to different clients and situations.
    • Relationship-building skills: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing trust, rapport-building, and follow-up.
    • Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
