The B2B (Business to Business) Sales Manager for JohnVents Vegetable Oil Refinery will focus on expanding the client base and driving sales in the bulk vegetable and Soya oil industry. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, relationship building, and market knowledge.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential B2B clients for the vegetable and Soya oil refinery.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Proactively prospect new clients through various channels.
Tailor solutions to meet clients' needs and communicate the company’s value proposition effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated with industry regulations and new developments in the marketplace.
Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in the bulk vegetable oil industry.
Industry knowledge: A good grasp of the bulk vegetable/Soya oil industry, including trends, specific needs, and challenges of potential clients.
Communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt communication style to different clients and situations.
Relationship-building skills: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing trust, rapport-building, and follow-up.
Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
