Job Responsibilities

• Network and build solid relationships with internal units and relevant third parties and develop a close working relationship with relevant information sources to provide an integrated service.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers.
• Coordinate, coach and influence external partners and essential support departments across client business units to deliver a seamless pre-sales and post-sales service experience.
• Stakeholder engagement in relation to actualizing business plans for the year and transforming same to executable technology solution

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of project management and related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Must understand concepts of software engineering
• Experience working on a variety of software development projects
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Relevant certification in Project Management Professional
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Scrum certified.

• Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and execute related tasks
• Experience integrating diverse data streams and perform detail analysis
• Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to Robotics Automation solutions
• Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues
• Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness
• Log and track defects and communicate to teams for resolution
• Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
• Support process improvement and special project activities requiring engagement and collaboration with a variety of functional teams
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
• Working with subject matter experts to accurately describe a current process in a step-by-step manner to produce process design documentation.
• Developing and implementing new automations in UiPath by teaching software bots’ manual tasks that are currently accomplished by individuals
• Along with other developers investigating, understanding, and defining high-volume, repetitive operations processes that could be automated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath
• 3+ years of IT experience in software development in developing robust web applications and client/server applications
• Strong PC skills (MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook)
• Familiarity and understanding of at least one of the following languages, technology stacks and or data tools ideal: Java, C++, Python, .Net (VB, C#, ASP), JavaScript, SQL).

• Should have hands on experience on BluePrism development
• Participating in solution design against business requirements
• Good understanding of business requirements along with technical details
• Feasibility study and identifying the gaps
• Troubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause
• To analyze business requirements for developing functional and non-functional system requirements
• Involving in the QA Verification phase to support the QA team
• Following the code adherence like proper commenting, adherence to design, nomenclature and security practices
• Ability to deliver within estimated timelines
• Participating in peer review process of codes adhering to design
• Following best practices for code development, reviews, and releases
• Ability to provide quick resolution for issues after go-live
• Stay up-to-date with the RPA technology to add value to the project
• Can do approach and a positive attitude to support the project as and when required
• Performing Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution
• Working with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out
• Fixing bugs during UATand SIT
• Performing administrative jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc.
