Job responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality standards are met and projects stay within budget
• Review work progress on a daily basis and adjust schedules as needed
• Comply with legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with Solar PV power plants
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and project management principles
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in construction
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
