    Project Manager

    As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing and coordinating all aspects of the work required to deliver the engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning of major pipeline projects.
    • Managing the interface between the various subcontractors and the OEMs
    • Engaging the necessary parties to ensure that we obtain the cooperation of the communities in our project area.
    • Maintaining a detailed project schedule; executing the project within budget and schedule
    • The clear communication of cost, schedule, risks, mitigation, uncertainties, trade-offs and project enablers to the executive management
    • Fostering an environment of high performance: stellar HSE performance and top quartile capital stewardship.
    • Collaborations and interface with all functions (the Joint Project Management Team (JPMT), Construction Management Team (CMT), Original Equipment Manufacturer, Ugo Ocha vessel operators, Sub-Contractors, and Regulators)
    • Coaching and mentoring the field engineering team.
    • Interfacing with the executive management of group of companies to address and resolve project issues
    • Responding expeditiously to address and resolve project issues; providing oversight and supervision for all aspects of the project.

    What are we looking for?

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any of the following discipline: civil, mechanical, chemical or process engineering.
    • Project Management certification issued from the Project Management Institute
    • Minimum of 15 years facilities, engineering or Project Management experience in the oil and gas industry of which at least 10 must have been in major pipeline construction supervisory role.
    •  Having at least a minimum of 5 years working experience in offshore pipeline construction manager or project manager role in the Niger Delta oil fields will be an advantage
    • A member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers
    • Excellent communication skills; ability to facilitate diverse cultural and multifunctional teams to address and interface with issues among various functions and stakeholders
    • Proven and demonstrated leadership that can drive successfully drive project activities
    • Ability to coordinate all project interfaces as they relate to and influence project planning and execution
    • Proven experience in installation of PLEMs and Offshore Buoys
    • Ability to adapt and overcome the challenges peculiar to working in the Niger Delta

    Warehouse Officer

    We are on an evolutionary journey where we are changing our story. We are looking to hire an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our diverse team in our Company.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, compliance with safety standards, and overall operational efficiency to support Nestoil’s supply chain. In addition, the position ensures effective management of internal and external customer needs and the prompt execution of all warehouse-related tasks.

    As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible to:

    • Ensure all requisitions for materials and services are approved at the right level especially where manual approval is applicable.
    • Ensure that quality checks are conducted by the QA/QC team before materials are received.
    • Ensure that non available items are sent to the procurement department for RFQ and purchase.
    • Endorse GRN for all materials received and ensure that right material; quantity is issued, and warehouse inventory updated
    • Generate part numbers for new materials that are not on the system and ensure that the right material and quantity is issued.
    • Ensure correct and complete documentation of issued and received materials not later than 48hrs
    • Ensure that stock card, physical and system balance are same and that item received are as stated on the Purchase Order (LPO)
    • Coordinate inventory stock counts and spot checks.
    • Adhere to Nestoil warehouse process and procedures.
    • Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures that applies to a safe work methods
    • Perform any other duty that may be assigned by your line manager.

    What are we looking for?

    • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field.
    • Possession or currently in pursuit of a professional certification in Supply chain management, Project Management or Health Safety and Environment
    • 2 to 5 years of work experience in related field of supply chain management
    • Leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills
    • A good knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
    • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Suites word, Excel and Power Point
    • Ability to adapt to project execution plan and a good knowledge of warehouse management
