Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of project and also accountable for Satisfaction and Profitability of the project. This involves planning, reviewing and corrective action planning for the project, managing varied teams, building relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on project impact, and sustaining high levels of satisfaction. The Project Manager will also ensure targets are met, expenses are minimized and manage the budget according to the approved budget plan.

Requirements

• A first degree in Economics/ Business Administration or in any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in similar field.
• Exceptional organizational, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent Verb and communication skills.
• Excellent use of MS Suites.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred

Job Brief

• Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily activities across functions in the Church and also managing established procedures
• The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs
• The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross - functionally with different business units
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Financial Operations
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
• Manage human resource and admin operations
• Oversee the management of the organization's facility and infrastructure
• Project administration and management

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• A Post - Graduate Degree or Professional Certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of  work experience of which at least three (3) must have been at a managerial / supervisory level
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfortable working with multiple groups within business

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly
