    Project Manager

    We are seeking a high caliber and professional individual with a relevant experience from FMCG and required professional certification

    • The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising the mechanical and production operations
    • Ensuring full feasibility analyses (technical and business assessment) are conducted to include all aspects of the project (not just cost)andthe development of contingency plans
    • Define project tasks and resource requirements with the project team and resource management.
    • Plan, direct, coordinate the productionphase and achieving contract deliverables and outcomes within fundamental parameters of time, quality and cost
    • Ensure project risks are assessed, managed and mitigated as part of the project plan. 
    • Review risks and changes in risk status as part of routine progress reporting.
    • Project progress reporting both in written reports and presentations at all levels within the organisation
    • Provide leadership and support to the project team to ensure project meets specification
    • Oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
    • Responsible for the delivery of all agreed manufacturing projects on time, to agreed standards and on budget ensuring that Continuous Improvement is embedded every time
    • Responsible for preparing and maintaining realistic project and quality plans, providing regular and accurate project reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
    • Regular meetings with the contractor
    • Formulates reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling
    • Ensure that contractual deliverables are produced and issued on time and in compliance with the requirements
    • Monitor adherence to the procedures described in the project management manual
    • Ensure full coordination and effective implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental processes and protocols.
    • Network effectively, negotiate well and influence people, broker relationships withstakeholders within the project
    • Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
    • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Project progress reporting both in written reports and presentations at all levels within the organisation – both in Europe and internationally.
    • Change management & change control including the escalation of change issues that impact on the project fundamentals of time, cost, quality and scope.
    • Understands basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
    • Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility 
    • Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
    • Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project

     REQUIREMENT

    • A bachelor’s degree or master degree in a related field.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE II certification 
    • 5years+ Proven experience in project management.
    • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
    • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
    • Experience FMCG project manager
    • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
    • Understanding of ERP implementation.
    • Budget management experience.
    •  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Head, Supply Chain

    Job Description

    • Accountable for managing the overall strategic production planning practices taking into consideration short term/long term production requirements and integrating materials availability
    • Develops appropriate supply chain strategy for the organization to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost
    • Responsible for facilitation of the S&OP Process and linkage with corporate process. Provide S&OP direction to plants
    • Works with procurement managers, inventory managers, farm managers, plant managers and other stake holders to determine and set up inter-site transfers.
    • Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of concession demand in the site.
    • Contributes to the successful execution of internal and external customer service through rigorous execution of logistics, planning, and/or procurement
    • Responsible for managing the operational inventory to ensure adequate stocking levels for immediate production items and forecasting for future requirements.
    • Establishes and implement standard/automated delivery procedures for just in time supplier stocking items
    • Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Objective and Key Results (OKRs) along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary
    • Monitors and corrects inventory levels at sites and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
    • Size all internal and outsourced means appropriately; contribute to budget design and (seek opportunities to outperform budget) manage within budget
    • Negotiates contracts with suppliers and customers
    • Fosters a safety culture and the implementation of safety policies and training in compliance with the company safety program and OSHA regulations to eliminate work related injuries
    • Manages the transportation logistics to ensure distribution of products direct to customers, or through distribution centers/warehouses are completed with optimum service at the most efficient cost
    • Implementing new technologies, using computer software to track goods from origin to delivery and staying alert to new trends in the sector
    • Responsible for total logistics cost and network optimization, including raw material delivery
    • Trains, guides and motivates team members for better performance
    • Improves the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
    • Reports to the Managing Director.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years of relevant Supply Chain Management experience in FMCG or planning/scheduling
    • Experienced in managing S&OP
    • Relevant certifications will be an advantage
    • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong sense of time organization
    • Planned and organized decision making makes empowered decision within their area with the best interest of the company in mind
    • Able to work independently and within a team.
