Program Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Healthcare Programs at ISN Medical

Job role

• The Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of high-impact healthcare programs and strategic initiatives across Federal and State levels.
• The role serves as a catalyst for building and managing partnerships that strengthen healthcare delivery, expand patient access, and drive measurable health outcomes.
• The position will coordinate diverse stakeholders across government, healthcare institutions, professional associations, NGOs, donor agencies, pharmaceutical companies, private sector organizations, and healthcare funders to ensure successful implementation of programs.
• The Program Manager will drive ecosystem collaboration, facilitate strategic partnerships, support market access initiatives, and ensure the effective translation of strategic priorities into tangible results across the healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of second class upper degree is required.
• Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, Health Economics, International Development, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification 
• Experience engaging medical associations, hospitals, healthcare institutions and KOLs
• Master’s degree in public health (MPH), Healthcare Management, Business Administration 
• Experience in health systems strengthening or healthcare transformation initiatives
