Production Manager at Tútù Drinks

Work Arrangement: On-site on weekdays, with occasional event or weekend work.

Compensation: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000

Job Overview

Help a Lagos drinks producer make ready-to-drink cocktails and alcohol-free drinks consistently and safely. You’ll lead a team of 5, organise daily production and oversee order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set the production schedule and assign daily tasks to the team.
• Follow approved recipes and SOPs across both drink lines.
• Check batches and stop or rework drinks that miss standards.
• Keep production clean, safe and on schedule.
• Give clear instructions and apply feedback without repeated reminders.
• Handle outgoing orders and stock management

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience
• 1+ year leading food or beverage production
• Recipe and SOP compliance
• Batch quality judgment
• Team delegation
• Clear spoken and written communication
• Secondary school completion and strong literacy
• Food or beverage production leadership
• Recipe and SOP adherence across alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink lines
• Batch quality checks and rework decisions
• Production hygiene and safety practices
• Daily production scheduling and team assignments
• Reading and writing production instructions
