    Production Executive

    • The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of our production operations — from planning and scheduling to quality control and team supervision The ideal candidate is a strong leader who ensures every product meets our high standards of excellence, consistency, and beauty

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operation
    • Ensure products (candles, diffusers, sprays, etc) are produced efficiently and meet quality standards
    • Supervise and train production staff, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment
    • Coordinate with Procurement and Sales to align production schedules with demand
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet brand standards
    • Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment usage
    • Research and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
    • Prepare weekly and monthly production performance reports
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams for product launches and content planning

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Industrial Chemistry, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of production or manufacturing experience (preferably in home décor, fragrance, or beauty products)
    • Hands-on knowledge of candle-making, diffuser production, or related crafts is an advantage
    • Proven ability to manage a team and improve production processes

    Junior Interior Architect

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with strong expertise in 3D Interior Design.
    • This role involves working with our design team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of world-class designs that align with client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities
