    Product Marketing Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • The role bridges the gap between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing by translating product features into compelling customer value propositions and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities
    Product Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute product marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Define product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
    • Identify target customer segments and buyer personas.

    Go-to-Market (GTM):

    • Lead product launch and re-launch initiatives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
    • Develop GTM strategies for new features, services, and product updates.
    • Create launch timelines and monitor execution.

    Content Development:

    • Produce compelling marketing materials including:
      • Product brochures
      • Product one-pagers
      • Sales decks
      • Website copy
      • Landing pages
      • Email campaigns
      • Product videos
      • Case studies
      • White papers.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Execute digital campaigns across:
      • Google Ads
      • LinkedIn
      • Facebook
      • Instagram
      • X (Twitter)
      • Email Marketing
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
    • Monitor campaign KPIs and ROI.

    Sales Enablement:

    • Develop sales enablement materials.
    • Train sales teams on product positioning and competitive advantages.
    • Support proposal development and client presentations.
    • Create FAQs and objection-handling guides.

    Customer Insights:

    • Collect customer feedback through surveys and interviews.
    • Analyze customer behavior and product adoption.
    • Recommend improvements based on market insights.

    Performance Analysis:

    • Track marketing campaign performance.
    • Measure product adoption and customer engagement.
    • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
    • Recommend optimization strategies based on analytics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
    • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Product Marketing are an added advantage.
    • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
    • Experience marketing technology, SaaS, fintech, or digital products is preferred.
    • Proven experience managing successful product launches.

    Business Analyst

    Job Description

    • As our Business Analyst, you’ll sit between product, data, and the business.
    • You’ll translate business problems into AI solutions, track performance, and make sure we’re building what customers actually need and will pay for.
    • You’ll work hybrid, with flexibility to work from home and come in for product sprints, client meetings, and team strategy sessions.

    Responsibilites

    • Product & Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor AI products, and customer needs in Nigeria/Africa.
    • Data to Insights: Analyze product usage data, model performance, and business metrics to find opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Requirements Gathering: Work with founders, engineers, and data scientists to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for AI features.
    • Process Improvement: Map business processes and identify areas where AI/automation can drive efficiency and revenue.
    • Stakeholder Management: Present findings and recommendations to leadership. Help prioritize the product roadmap based on ROI.
    • Go-to-Market Support: Support pricing, packaging, and launch strategy for new AI products.
    • Reporting: Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs for product, sales, and customer success.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role. Startup or tech experience is a big plus.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong Excel / SQL. Experience with dashboards - PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase. Basic Python for data analysis is a plus.
    • AI/Tech Fluency: You don’t need to code models, but you must understand AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and how to measure AI product success.
    • Business Acumen: Ability to connect data insights to revenue, cost, and business growth.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication. You can explain complex data to non-technical people.
    • Problem Solver: Comfortable with ambiguity. You can define the problem before jumping to solutions.
