    Product Designer

    Job Summary

    Responsibilities

    Business Manager, Partnerships Financing

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our organization as a Business Manager for Liquidity Solutions.
    • As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, creating loans and managing partners who rely on our quick and low collateral liquidity offerings for use-cases covering - invoice financing, asset financing. E-commerce BNPL credit and procurement financing.
    • This role involves prospecting, business development, business analysis, partner relationship management, marketing and loan monitoring and providing actionable insights to support risk management strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing and profiling potential clients and prospective partners and ensure the maintenance of a clear closable pipeline.
    • Work closely with head, commercial partnerships, other members of the team and internal stakeholders responding to immediate or anticipated funding opportunities that fit each partner’s strategic priorities.
    • Develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships with financing partners.
    • Carry out first level due diligence for potential partners and ensure basic risk and capacity analysis to determine credit type and size.
    • Prepare liquidity approval and delivery management in collaboration with relevant internal functions
    • Repayment follow-up and partnerships scale up
    • Recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with the organization's risk tolerance and financing partnership objectives.
    • Marketing and awareness engagement
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to ensure performance of set targets.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other numerate/analytical field of study.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business/value-chain lending covering use-cases such as invoice financing, asset financing, manufacturing input procurement financing, BNPL Credit, and other applicable commercial lending scenarios, preferably in a financial services institution.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques.
    • Excellent research and data analysis capabilities.

    Credit Administration Team Lead

    Job Summary

    • The Credit Administration Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end credit administration process, ensuring proper documentation, credit approval compliance, disbursement control, post-disbursement monitoring, and loan booking accuracy.
    • The role ensures that all credit facilities are processed in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and agreed credit terms to mitigate credit and operational risks.

    Responsibilities
    Credit Documentation & Disbursement:

    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all credit documentation prior to disbursement.
    • Validate fulfillment of all Conditions Precedent (CPs) to drawdown.
    • Authorize loan disbursement only upon confirmation of documentation and approval compliance.
    • Ensure timely and accurate setup of facilities in the core lending system.

    Collateral Management:

    • Maintain proper record of collateral documentation and liaise with legal where applicable.
    • Monitor perfection and registration of security documents (e.g., Legal Mortgage, Debentures, etc.).
    • Track collateral expiries (e.g., insurance, valuation) and follow up for timely renewals.

    Post-disbursement Monitoring:

    • Monitor loan covenant compliance, facility expiry dates, and instalment schedules.
    • Track and report on utilization and repayment trends.
    • Maintain proper communication with Relationship Managers on post-disbursement conditions.

    Governance, Reporting & Audit:

    • Ensure credit files are up-to-date and audit-ready at all times.
    • Prepare periodic reports on credit administration activities and exceptions.
    • Serve as the liaison for internal and external audits relating to credit documentation and processes.

    Team Leadership & Process Improvement:

    • Lead and manage the Credit Admin team ensuring high performance and accountability.
    • Review and improve credit admin processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
    • Train and mentor team members on credit admin procedures and policy updates.

    Requirements
    Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years relevant experience in credit administration or loan operations.
    • Prior experience in a leadership role within a financial institution is required.

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of credit products, documentation, and credit processes.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
