    Product Analyst

    Job Summary

    • We are looking to hire experienced Product Analysts that will partner with the product and user experience teams to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

    Job Description

    • Assist product managers in conducting market research and generating product requirements that maximize the value of the product.
    • Liaison between the client services team and product team.
    • Partner with your respective Product Management team to develop market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials).
    • Execute the product vision, and roadmap through the scrum process.
    • Recommend improvements to products by studying and mastering current workflows.
    • Assist in product education by writing and maintaining feature documentation; providing advance support; training users.
    • Drive product delivery through the engineering team.
    • Communicate product updates for your product areas with internal teams.
    • Act as liaison between product management, engineering and client services team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • 4+ years’ experience in technology or product development.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional people and collaboration skills to support working in a fast-paced and multi-faceted business environment.
    • Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines.
    • Interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Product Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking to hire experienced Product Managers that will work closely with the engineering, client experience, and sales team to guide products from conception to launch.
    • Maximize the value of the product and co-own the vision of the product with the Product Director & Executive Leadership Team.
    • The ideal candidate must have a bias toward action and the ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

    Job Description

    • Co-own the vision and definition of the product with the Executive Leadership.
    • Develop and communicate product strategy to executive leadership, engineering leadership and key stake holders.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering and other teams to translate problem statements into product needs.
    • Develop requirement documents, and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
    • Present upcoming feature requirements and mock-ups to executive and engineering leadership.
    • Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
    • Develop and document market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials). Track regulatory changes and deadline.
    • Responsible for educating internal and external customers on product features and releases.
    • Measure adoption and utilization of all features, products and services to determine business value to customers and company.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • 5+ years experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Medical Devices, highly preferred.
    • 2+ years experience as a Product Manager, highly preferred.
    • Product management experience within a software development environment.
    • Knowledgeable in building and implementing technology solutions and/or applications, preferred.
    • Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum development processes.
    • Excellent communication and meticulous planning skills.
    • Comfortably work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and event-driven high-performance workplace.
    • Excellent teamwork skills.
    • The will to collaborate, negotiate, and influence effectively in a team environment.
    • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
