    Procurement Officer (MEP Materials)

    Job Summary

    • The Procurement Officer – MEP Materials will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials and equipment to support project delivery.
    • The ideal candidate must possess a strong and verifiable vendor network within the MEP space and demonstrate the ability to ensure timely procurement without compromising quality or project timelines.
    • A solid technical understanding of MEP materials, specifications, and standards is essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and procure MEP materials including HVAC equipment, electrical cables, switchgear, plumbing fittings, pumps, valves, and fire protection systems
    • Maintain and continuously expand a robust vendor database for MEP materials
    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
    • Ensure all procured materials meet project specifications and quality standards
    • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align on material requirements
    • Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
    • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure consistency in quality and reliability
    • Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and documentation
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience within MEP construction projects
    • Proven and verifiable vendor network for MEP materials
    • Strong negotiation, sourcing, and contract management skills
    • Solid understanding of MEP materials, brands, and technical specifications
    • Ability to manage multiple vendors and meet tight project deadlines

    Quality Control Engineer - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

    Job Summary

    • The Quality Control Engineer – MEP will be responsible for ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works are executed in strict compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • This role is strictly focused on MEP systems and requires strong hands-on site experience in installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct quality inspections on HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection installations
    • Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements
    • Review and verify material submittals against technical requirements
    • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow through on corrective actions
    • Monitor testing and commissioning processes for all MEP systems
    • Maintain accurate quality control documentation and inspection records
    • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers on quality-related issues
    • Support project handover processes, including snag list identification and resolution.

    Requirements

    Electrical Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, coordination, and execution of electrical systems across projects.
    • The role requires a blend of technical design expertise and hands-on site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, in compliance with standards, and within agreed timelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop electrical system layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software
    • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical documentation for electrical works
    • Oversee on-site installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications
    • Manage power distribution systems, lighting, earthing, and building electrical services
    • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution
