Work with the procurement team:

• To manage and facilitate the supply chain relationship with the client by ensuring that the materials and services requirements of a specific line of business are provided to the client’s requirements.
• To review and interpret clients’ supply chain requirements, plan and organize a course of action and negotiate contracts as required
• Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, purchase requisitions and orders
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate status of orders with internal customers
• Purchase materials, goods, services and business services based on the specifications and requirements of the client.
• Negotiate and research of suppliers and commodities
• Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, tenders, proposals, or quotations and review with Supply Chain Manager
• Negotiate prices and delivery conditions

General Requirements

• Posses a First Degree in relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
• Must be ready and able to work well within a small team environment.
• Must have great organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail is a must.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel
• Candidate must have good numeric, oral and written communication skills

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.

Job Description

• The Outlet Manager would be responsible to over see the day to day activities of the outlet in order to increase revenue and contribute to the growth of the organization.
• Achieve Sales Target.
• Maintain daily outlet operation.
• Plan and assign daily work loads to outlet associates.
• Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standard.
• Maintain clean and safety outlet environment.
• Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out to the correct point of storage area.
• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacementlevelsforallfood items to ensure proper levels.

• Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
• Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
• Conducting health and wellness screenings.
• Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
• Keeping accurate customer records.
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
• Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
• Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a pharmacist.
• Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
• Great organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
