Core Requirements:

• Must have minimum of one (1 ) year experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Minimum academic qualification of Pharmacy Technician Certificate.
• Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhTs) is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
• Good command of English language - oral and written.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate statements, reports, and summaries of all the financial activities of the company
• Preparing and filling statutory deductions i.e VAT, PAYE, CIT, Pension Fund, etc.
• Prepare annual depreciation and depletion tax schedules.
• Managing payments to vendors and collecting funds from customers.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Liaise with external auditors on organization findings.
• Ensuring company financial accounts and vendors are paid on time
• Managing the company assets register

Requirements / Skill

• Minimum of OND in Accounting or related discipline
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position with good knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge of ERP and other Accounting software
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge in financial reporting
