    Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)

    About the Role

    • We are a well-established cleaning firm with over 15 years of experience, seeking a mature, experienced, and IT-savvy Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Managing Director.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the MD’s business and personal activities run smoothly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide IT-related support: data protection, file security, troubleshooting devices, and use of business software.
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations.
    • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
    • Draft and proofread correspondence and business documents.
    • Support the MD with project management and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Manage online presence including emails, social media accounts, and basic digital marketing tasks.
    • Supervise filing systems (digital & hard copy).
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Manage office technology including email, cloud storage, and virtual platforms.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the MD.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
    • Strong IT proficiency: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project management software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
    • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.

    Accountant

    About the Role

    • A well-established cleaning firm with over 15 years of excellence is seeking a mature and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support decision-making.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
    • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
    • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
    • Support external and internal auditing processes.
    • Develop and maintain effective financial systems and controls.
    • Advise management on financial planning, risks, and opportunities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an Accountant (experience in a service-based industry is an advantage).
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
    • High level of integrity, maturity, and attention to detail.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N170,000 / month.
