    Personal Assistant

    Job Brief

    • Our client, a major player in FMCG with networks of Branches. We seek to recruit energetic, result oriented, self-motivated and well-focused Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • Manage the executive's or individual's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
    • Screen phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive or individual.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials for meetings, presentations, or events.
    • Assist in the coordination and planning of events, meetings, conferences, and business trips.
    • Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees, on behalf of the executive or individual.
    • Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive or individual as needed.
    • Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
    • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
    • Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the executive or individual.

    Requirements:

    • OND/HND in related field
    • 2-3years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels.
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    • Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and email.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Professional demeanor, with a positive and proactive attitude.

    Editor in Chief

    Description:

    • To manage the production of all content for our publication,organise interviews, review articles and photographs, contributing to editorial pieces, and managing day-to-day operations of
    • DIADEM Christian Magazine

    Qualificatin

    • Minimum of 2years experience as an editor
    • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication or other related course is preferred

    Requirements/Responsibilities:

    • Provide organisation leadership
    • Editing articles for accuracy, grammar and style
    • Evaluating content and making decisions on appropriateness for the publication
    • Acting as a representative for the publication at events
    • Develop and maintain systems and processes that support the delivery of the publishing schedule, through the production process to the final product record.
    • Manage the production and dissemination of the magazine physically and electronically.
    • Manage scheduling and delivery of pre-publication and postpublication and to ensure consistency and accuracy at all levels.
    • Ensuring the delivery of accurate and error free magazine to the target market
    • Provide on-going tech-related support to publishing of the magazine
    • Interact with internal teams and be able to articulate technical challenges particularly as it relates to the website and online coordination.
    • Seek for adverts, supports/sponsorship, testimonies/relevant interviews and event coverage.
