    People Business Partner

    About The Role

    • This role is part of our global shared services position, and as a Manager, People, you will lead employee experience and people operations functions within the People team to support both our program in Jigawa, but also other national and international programs and projects.. You will also support our talent acquisition efforts as we expand rapidly. As you deliver on your primary functions, you will also be asked to lead or support cross-functional projects for development and execution across our territories and support offices. This role is based in Dutse, Jigawa State, though you will be supporting a number of programs within Nigeria.

    Talent Acquisition

    Support our talent team in hiring, especially during their busy periods, including:

    • interviewing candidates;
    • administering technical assessments;
    • coordinating the interview process; and
    • leading onboarding and induction for all those who join us

    People Operations

    Excel in providing effective and relevant operational support to the team, including:

    • Managing employee contracts;
    • Benefits administration and management;
    • Leading performance management initiatives;
    • Conducting disciplinary investigations;
    • Providing appropriate support during separations.
    • Foster continuous learning and a performance-oriented culture when developing our talent.
    • Comply with our policies: be fair, transparent, and consistent.
    • Comply with all applicable local labor laws.
    • Maintain diligent records of all relevant employee documentation.
    • Use data (from the primary source) to analyze issues and find their solutions.

    Talent Development

    • Lead innovative and authentic talent development efforts that help our employees continuously learn (by doing) and grow. Measure the results of such interventions.

    Administration

    • Support office administration.
    • Ensure that employees work in a safe, secure, and hygienic environment.

    Project Management

    • Support all logistics and arrangements for teacher training as required.
    • As an agile, outcomes-focused professional, you may be involved in exciting work that impacts not only the Jigawa office but also other territories and support offices.

    What You Should Have

    You should have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field with top academic marks; MBA/grad degree or HR professional membership a plus
    • Minimum of five years of significant leadership experience in operational roles for rapidly scaling companies
    • Strong analytical thinker, ideally with previous experience in the board commercial and operational areas
    • Self-starter; highly driven individual who will take ownership from the get-go and proactively look for improvement
    • Emerging markets experience a major plus
    • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work with a very diverse workforce
    • Strong project management skills

    Sales Enablement Analyst, Policy & Partnerships

    About The Role

    • The Sales Enablement team plays a pivotal role in enabling NewGlobe’s Policy & Partnerships team. It supports the full commercial funnel: from lead generation to renewals, through CRM systems, event planning, proposal operations, creative enablement, pricing models, and standardized processes.
    • The team ensures that our global commercial efforts are powered by efficient systems, actionable data, and high-quality materials. It works closely with the Policy & Partnerships Development, Account Management, and Creative teams to ensure every opportunity is well-supported and every relationship is well-managed.
    • The Sales Enablement Analyst will be the first hire in Nigeria. You will support the execution of commercial operations across our global programs, with a particular focus on proposal tracking, CRM system maintenance, and process documentation. Your role will ensure we deliver consistent, high-quality operational support that enables our regional teams to focus on engaging and retaining government partners.
    • You will report to the Sales Enablement Director and work closely with colleagues in Policy & Partnerships, our program Managing Directors, the Creative team, and our events team across multiple countries.

    What You Will Do

    • CRM Support: maintain clean, accurate, and useful data in our CRM (Pipedrive); support onboarding and training for new users; assist with lead assignment and automation.
    • Proposal & RFP Support: track proposal submissions, organize templates and past responses, and support basic research for responses. Manage a central repository for learnings and best practices.
    • Inbound Marketing Requests: manage inbound stakeholder inquiries from digital platforms and events; ensure leads are routed to the right team members with proper follow-up mechanisms.
    • Collateral Request Management: support with creating proposals and other collateral requests, handle intake and prioritization of content requests; track versions and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
    • Process & Playbook Maintenance: support documentation of standardized commercial processes, including proposal workflows, event handovers, and pricing model explanations.

    What You Should Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field with top academic marks; MBA/grad degree a plus.
    • 2-4 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth or cross-functional environment.
    • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience preferred).
    • Experience with documentation and version control systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
