As a Payroll Intern in our dynamic consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our payroll team in delivering accurate and compliant payroll services to our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to specific client requirements and learn and utilize payroll software and tools to input and verify payroll data.
Work closely with consultants and client managers to understand client-specific payroll needs and contribute to tailoring solutions accordingly and communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Stay informed about changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements and collaborate with the payroll team to ensure that payroll practices align with legal and regulatory standards.
Assist in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies or issues promptly and address employee inquiries related to payroll with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
HND / BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of payroll principles and processes is a plus.
As an Inventory Audit Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of our inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing effective control measures.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of the company's inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies and collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to reconcile inventory records.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues and generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
Work closely with the finance department to reconcile inventory records with financial records and ensure compliance with established documentation and record-keeping procedures.
Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to inventory management and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent in relevant courses.
1 - 2 years relevant experience in inventory audit.
Strong use of Excel, Familiarity with Data analysis, inventory management software and systems.
