    Patient Handler

    Job Responsibilities

    • Safely transport patients to and from treatment areas using wheelchairs, stretchers, or other equipment as needed.
    • Prepare patients for treatment by assisting with dressing, undressing, and positioning as required.
    • Provide general care and support to patients, including assisting with toileting, feeding, and hydration.
    • Always maintain patient confidentiality and dignity.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and care activities.
    • Clean and disinfect equipment and patient care areas as required.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and safety.

    Requirements

    Utility Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential maintenance issues.
    • Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.
    • Support senior maintenance staff in the execution of preventive maintenance programs.

    Dispatch Rider

    Job Responsibilities

    • Perform routine visits and calls for the purposes of prompt pick-up/collection of medical samples and delivery of results to and from ECHOLAB partner hospitals, clinics and other organizations within assigned territory as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
    • Manage all activities of the dispatch sales team including timely sample collections
    • Ensure all teams’ weekly and monthly reports are promptly collated and shared with line managers.
    • Work closely with the Medical Diagnostic Representatives and the Dispatch Sales Team in the assigned territories to ensure effective territory coverage and proper customer engagement.
    • Complete and submit a Daily Log of activities of the dispatch team to the Head of Sales for review & record purposes.
    • Ensure strict adherence to the Daily Route/Plan as agreed with the HOS and MDRs.
    • Thoroughly clean the assigned motorbike daily; conduct daily checks including checks of fuel, oil and water levels as well as tyre checks to ensure the bike remains in good working condition; arranging for or conducting minor repairs where necessary.
    • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of assigned motor bike by strictly following the agreed maintenance schedule.
    • Keep track of and apply for the renewal of the assigned bike’s documents when due in a timely fashion.
    • Abide by all transportation & road safety laws and maintain a safe driving record.
    • Adhere to all Company Policies, procedures and Code of Ethics.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE
    • Minimum of 2 yeasr experience in similar role
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
    • Experience in Venipuncture techniques
